The monograph considers the main theoretical issues regarding the action of international time treaties, in space and in a circle of persons. The dynamics of their actions in the context of globalization and the related complication of international law enforcement is investigated. These circumstances dictate the need to search and justify current decisions that meet modern legal realities.
The author presents his own view regarding the operation of international time treaties, which is manifested when applying the principle of non -vacationness of international treaties, their entry into force and temporary application. New approaches are formulated regarding the spatial action of international treaties, taking into account the nature of the relationship between contracts and territory. Particular attention is paid to the limits of the scope of the principle of Pacta Tertiis dog NoCent dog Prosunt (contracts do not harm and do not favors third parties) in the right of international treaties.
