The monograph is the result of a study by the author on the legal regulation of a tax obligation, which is an institution of tax law. The aim of the study is to develop the theoretical foundations of tax and legal regulation of the concept and content of the tax obligation, as well as practical recommendations for improving the legal regulation of certain types of taxpayer duties.
The proposals developed by the author can be used to improve the modern legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees. The work replenishes the gaps in the conceptual-catheagoral apparatus on the topic under consideration, and the ideas proposed by the author can find application when teaching a training course of tax law. The conclusions formulated in this study can be applied in scientific work in conducting further studies of the Institute of Tax Duties, in particular in the context of modern calls for digitalization of society.
The publication is addressed to students, graduate students, teachers of law universities, scientists, employees of tax and other state bodies, practicing lawyers, as well as all those who are interested in the problems of modern tax law
