This work considers judicial actions of evidence (interrogation, inspection of written and material evidence, experiment, identification, appointment of examination and involvement of a specialist) in civil and arbitration processes. In the framework of the current legislation, on the basis of the analysis of judicial practice and generalization of forensic provisions, the author proposes tactical and technological recommendations aimed at optimizing these judicial actions and objectification of evidence when considering civil and arbitration cases.
