Labor law acts as an integral part of the domestic legal system and as a social phenomenon - in conjunction with constantly changing historical, economic, technical, psychological, cultural and other factors, the conditions of development of society and the state. The formation of certain norms, institutions and structures of labor legislation, as well as science, branches of labor law as independent legal discipline can be represented as a summative, and not a systemic phenomenon, while in the modern period they are represented in inextricable unity and are characterized as relatively independent subsystems (structural Components, elements) of the labor law system.
Therefore, we can talk about the integration of legal and illegal studies on labor law issues.
Problems of modern understanding of labor law as social science are brought up not only by continuity, but also by the discontinuity of the entire course of development of the domestic state and law. The monograph is defended by the view of the genesis of labor law that is different in science, primarily the systemic and methodological order, when the differences between the legal systems of the Russian Empire, Soviet and modern periods, as well as the conceptual (categorical) apparatus, are not an obstacle to the substantiation of labor law as legal discipline until 1917 in the form of industrial (working, mountain) law, and labor legislation from the XVIII century. - First of all, as a mountain or mining, factory or factory-factory, industrial legislation.
The legislation is given as of November 2019.
This work is intended for bachelor students, masters, graduate students, applicants, as well as teachers, scientists and other persons interested in studying the history of labor law
