The monograph formulates a comprehensive scientific idea of the system of means of individualization of subjects of civil law - individuals. The place of the Institute of Civil Law of Individuals of an Individual in the Civil Law System has been determined. The possibility of using the methods of forensic identification in civil law relations is considered. The need for such use is justified and, as a result, the need for its legislative consolidation within the framework of civil, entrepreneurial and family law. The legal definition of the concepts of "individualization of an individual" and a means of individualization "is formulated, the possible classifications of these funds are considered, the problems of their use by subjects of civil relations are disclosed, and the main ways to improve these funds are proposed.
