The textbook sets out general issues of the theory of systems and system analysis. The systemic and developing on its basis cognitive approaches to the analysis of economic, social, information and technical and organizational systems are presented. The concept of a customs system, systematic analysis of customs is introduced, urgent problems of development, main directions and tools for analysis, preparation of managerial decisions, intellectualization of customs management processes and customs administration are introduced. Conceptual provisions, methodological and graphoanalytic tools of holistic-evolutionary intellectualization of customs regulation and the management of digital customs are contained. Examples of analytical activities in the customs authorities and tools used to implement it are given. The structure and main components of the situational-analytical center as a tool for solving analytical and management problems are revealed.
