This edition reflects the key problems of the practice of concluding and fulfilling the contract for the supply of goods for state needs based on the materials of the activities of one of the state authorities - the Federal Penitentiary Service. The book analyzes the emergence and development of the Institute for the supply of goods for state needs in Russia, the concept and legal entity of the contract for the supply of goods for state needs, the system of legal regulation of the conclusion of the contract for the supply of goods for state needs.
