This publication is a comprehensive comparative legal study of the concept of superimperive norms in Russia and foreign countries.
In the book, written on the basis of a significant number of foreign sources, the definition and signs of superimperive norms (direct application) for the purpose of interpretation of Art. 1192 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the features of the assignment of norms to supersperture in the countries of the European Union are established, the conditions for the application of various types of supra -regional norms by state courts are determined, the main methods (approaches) are considered, which use international commercial arbitrations in deciding on the application of superpenser norms.
Thanks to a significant number of examples from judicial and arbitration practice, this publication may be useful to lawyers engaged in supporting foreign economic activity, as well as other issues of international private law.
