Subsidiary liability for civil and family legislation of the Russian Federation

The monograph sets out the concept, grounds, conditions, order, types, consequences of subsidiary liability established by the civil and family legislation of the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to subsidiary liability in the obligations of contractual and non -contractual, subsidiary liability of the state and other persons for the obligations of state, municipal and private organizations created by them. Subsidiary liability is investigated in guarantee and bankruptcy, under extreme circumstances, the subsidiary liability of parents for the harm caused by their minor children.
Authors, having analyzed the legislation, judicial practice and doctrine, revealed some problems and proposed ways to solve them.
