Digitalization has become one of the factors that significantly affect the development of the legal sphere of society, law -making and legalization. The subject of law experiences a strong impact on the part of digital technologies, which inevitably affects its status, character and horizons of activity. This is expressed not only in the emergence of new opportunities in the form of special digital rights and new space - a virtual (digital) environment or reality, in which anthropological and sociocultural practices are unfolding, but also in attempts to rethink such basic categories as the subject of law and legal personality, in light of new scientific paradigms and strategic development guidelines.
In the presented work, the problems of legal subjectivity and legal subjectivity, legal identity and the subject of law, taking into account new trends in social development, anthropological and digital turns, are raised, the influence of digitalization on the stability and dynamics of the statuses of modern legal relations is analyzed. , the innovation of the statuses of the subjects of "digital" relations, robots and artificial intelligence, the phenomena of virtual reality - "digital identity", "digital personality", "digital double", "digital profile".
