The publication has consecrated issues related to the legal aspects of the implementation of state regulation of land relations. Structurally, the allowance is divided into 3 parts. The first part considers issues that reveal the legal nature of state-management activities to regulate land relations, the second part gives a characteristic of certain functions of state regulation of land relations carried out by the authorities in relation to all categories of land, the third part reveals issues related to the peculiarities of state regulation use and protection of certain categories of land.
