The monograph consists of five chapters revealing the ratio of competitive policy and law.
The first chapter addresses topical issues of the concept and legal foundations of state competitive policy, in the second chapter - legal means of protecting and developing competition. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of the problems of applying responsibility measures in competitive law, as well as the problems of antimonopoly compliance. Theoretical, fundamental issues of the theme are devoted to the most important issues of protecting and developing competition, the principles of competitive law, in particular, the principles of openness and publicity, the practice of collecting losses caused by violations of antimonopoly legislation, the features of identifying cartel and other anti -competitive agreements and other issues.
In the fourth and fifth chapters of the monograph, the features of the legal regulation of the protection and development of competition in digital, industry and regional markets are studied
