The textbook discusses the historical stages of the management of the internal affairs bodies in Russia. The main legal categories are disclosed regarding the management of the internal affairs bodies.
The publication was based on lectures read at the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for students studying in the areas of training 38.04.04 “State and municipal administration” and 40.04.01 “Jurisprudence”.
