This Procedure for the Commission for the Special Assessment of Labor Regulations was prepared with the aim of clarifying the main provisions of the methodology for conducting a special assessment of working conditions on the basis of practical experience of experts and heads of testing laboratories to members of the commission, employees of organizations of all forms of ownership and other interested parties.
It is presented for familiarization a number of original sections - according to the forms of communication with the appraisal organization, the use of devices for independent measurement of production environment factors, on the use of the results of a special assessment of working conditions during production control, medical examinations and evaluation of professional risks.
