In the work on the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis of philosophical, theoretical and historical knowledge, versatile approaches to the problems of gaps of law in the post -elaborate world, the company of the second modernity are implemented. The spatio-temporal dynamics of culture, due to the change in the technological structure and intensive digitalization of public life, a change in stable ties and processes, creates the prerequisites for the return of scientific discourse to the topic of the shedding and non-proof of law at the new stage of its development.
The scientific papers included in the book is devoted to the new aspects of the study of the already classical problem of gaps in the law, the originality of the anthropological nature of the legal language, the attitude of Gedel"s theorems and the principle of Heisenberg’s uncertainty to the construction of regulatory systems, myths about spaces in the law. The hermetic completeness of the law and the multifacetedness of the gaps are investigated: retrospective and promising, logical and praxological, imaginary and real (existing), genuine (true) and technical, explicit and implicit, relative, unconditional, conflicts, gaps in law, legislation and legal regulation, and also gaps in legal science.
The publication was prepared with the support of the RFFIF in the framework of the scientific project No. 18-29-16219 "Innovation of the mechanisms of law-making and right-to-regulation in the conditions of the development of digital technologies".
