Among them are issues of the methodology of a comparative study of the Soviet and post-Soviet state legal systems, issues relating to the processes of the emergence, socio-class essence and content of the systems under consideration, as well as issues of their functioning.
Particular attention is paid to the consideration of the development trends of the Russian state and law at the present stage of the development of Russian society.
