The proposed scientific publication was prepared by the Department of Civil Law of the Kuban State University following the results of the work of the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation "Social Civil Law in its fundamental institutions conducted with the support of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory. In the collective monograph, domestic and foreign civilists, young scientists, judges and practical workers are exploring the current state and prospects for improving the main institutions of civil, entrepreneurial, contractual, family law through the prism of achieving social well -being as one of the priority tasks of the development of the modern Russian state.
