The monograph is devoted to topical issues of the legal regulation of the institution of simplified proceedings in the civil and arbitration process. The work states the author’s point of view on the problems of the legal nature of simplified production, the features of the principles of civil procedural and arbitration procedural law in simplified proceedings, the ratio and distinction between the sectors of the application of simplified and orderly proceedings, and the study of judicial evidence when considering cases in simplified proceedings. Based on the results obtained, the author formulated proposals to improve the civil and arbitration procedural legislation of Russia.
