This practical course includes educational and methodological materials on simplifying trading procedures in international law: the program of the course “Simplification of trading procedures in international law”, tasks for preparing for seminars, samples of documents, approximate subjects of course and certificate, a list of regulatory documents and recommended literature as well as a variety of tasks for intermediate and final control of knowledge gained by students.
A practical course was prepared on the basis of an analysis of international treaties, documents of international organizations, legal doctrines and customs of business turnover.
The authors took into account the latest changes in the customs legislation of the Russian Federation and the Customs Union as of October 1, 2020
The publication complies with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education of the third generation.
