The proposed textbook comprehensively sets out a course of self -regulation of entrepreneurial and professional activities. The foreign experience of self -regulation is highlighted, legal and theoretical foundations of self -regulation are represented, conceptual provisions on self -regulation and self -regulatory organizations are analyzed, models of self -regulation are described, and the main trends in law enforcement practice in the field of self -regulation of entrepreneurial and professional activities were identified. The issues of self -regulation in the field of construction, bankruptcy (self -regulation of the activities of arbitration managers, operators of electronic sites), financial market (self -regulation of the activities of insurers, insurance brokers, relevant securities market), audit, and evaluative activities have been examined in detail.
