This collection of selected works of Professor V.P. Mozolin was prepared in the memory of an outstanding scientist, teacher, leader. Viktor Pavlovich Mozolin from 2000 to 2012 led the Department of Civil and Family Law of the Moscow State University of Law named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University) The book presents the brilliant work of the professor, a model of comparative research, which formed the basis of his doctoral dissertation, “corporations, monopolies and law in the United States”, and two articles that Viktor Pavlovich were rightfully proud of: “The role of civil law in the regulation of comprehensive property relations And On macro- and micro-regulation of complex property relations in the field of economics. The main work in this collection is the monograph “Corporations, Monopolies and Law in the USA”, which was published in 1966 and, unfortunately, was not published in Russia. At the highest level, the main provisions of American corporate law are analyzed: autonomous legal personality, corporate identity protection in an American court, corporate forms of contract law and other important issues.
