This collection includes some scientific works of Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Law, Professor Alexander Yuryevich Yakimov, published from 1999 to the present.
The basis of the collection is the monograph Status of the subject of administrative jurisdiction and the problems of its implementation. It discusses in a new way to this day the issues of the general theory of law related to the role and place of the status of a subject of law in the mechanism of legal regulation. Many proposals contained in monographs subsequently reflected in the norms of the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses, the project of which was prepared with the active participation of the author.
The articles included in the collection were published in the leading legal journals of the country. They affect the conceptual basis of the formation of an administrative-informational policy, individual aspects related to the establishment of administrative and other legal liability, the problems of regulating the structure of production in cases of administrative offenses and decisions made
