Sea law. A textbook for magistracy

The textbook discusses the main provisions characterizing the organizational and legal system of maritime transport, state supervision of trading navigation, the legal status of sea ports state port control, requirements for sea vessels, their classification and surveillance. The issues of management in the field of trade, the safety of marine transportation of the pilot wiring of ships are highlighted. The main aspects of the legal regulation of transportation by sea transport of passengers, cargo, baggage in domestic and international messages, as well as regulating the contract of shaving of the vessel for the duration (time charter) and the shuttle of the vessel without the crew (berbout charter) were investigated. The analysis of the liability of the parties to the organization in the organization and implementation of marine transportation, as well as the claim-Isk procedure for resolving disputes during transportation.
