In the work, based on the analysis of the current legislation, the current practice of its application and the latest scientific developments, articles of the Chapter 23 "crimes against the interests of service in commercial and other organizations" of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are commented. In the preparation of the comment, the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the relationship and specifics of criminal law and criminal procedure regulation were taken into account. The decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the application of the criminal law, other materials of judicial practice were used.
