Russian entrepreneurial law. Textbook

The textbook was prepared by the team of the Department of Entrepreneurial Law of the Ural State Law University in accordance with the program of the training course on entrepreneurial law. In its preparation, modern achievements of the theory and practice of legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity, as well as the experience of lawmaking and scientific research in industrialized countries, were used. The structure and content of the textbook are designed in the context of the unified economic and legal concept of entrepreneurship, taking into account the intersectoral (complex) method of legal regulation of relations in this area.
