The monograph was prepared by the Department of Civil Law of the University named after O. E. Kutafin and other authoritative Russian scientists and is devoted to the 95th anniversary of the birth of an outstanding researcher, doctor of legal sciences, professor Viktor Pavlovich Mozolina.
The content of the work is determined by the versatile sphere of scientific interests of V.P. Mozolin and includes chapters on the problems of legal personality, issues of property, obligation, corporate law, and intellectual property.
V. P. Mozolin was distinguished by innovative views, which largely ahead of the time. However, many of his bold ideas are now embodied, during the period of transformation of law, in the context of new technological challenges, in the works of modern authors presented in this work.
