The publication contains basic legal acts governing the rules for the sale of medical devices and drugs, namely: the Federal Law "On the Continuation of Medicines", the Order of the Ministry of Health of Russia "On the approval of the Rules for the release of drugs for medical use." The collection will be useful to all citizens, but primarily individual entrepreneurs selling medical and medicines, employees of the healthcare system and employees of medical institutions, practitioners, as well as students studying medical law. Normative legal acts are given as of June 2019
