The publication contains new rules for the provision of catering services, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2020 No. 1515, entering into force on January 1, 2021, as well as a letter from Rospotrebnadzor "On the Rules for the provision of catering services" dated September 30, 2020 No. 02/20213-2020-27 and the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor for organizing work at catering and trade enterprises in conditions preservation of the risks of the spread of Covid-19 dated April 21, 2020 No. 02/7515-2020-24
