Rules for labor protection during the operation of electrical installations establish state regulatory requirements for labor protection during the operation of electrical installations. The requirements of the Rules apply to employers - legal entities and individuals, regardless of their organizational and legal forms and employees from among electrical, electrical and non -electrotechnical personnel of organizations employed by maintenance of electrical installations conducting operational switching in them, organizing and performing construction, installation, lantal, and repair work , tests and measurements, including work with electricity metering devices, measuring devices and automation tools, as well as managing the technological modes of operation of electric power facilities and energy acceptance installations
