In 2018, as part of the program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation”, by order of the Foundation "Skolkovo", the law firm Dentons conducted a comprehensive study of various aspects of the regulation of cyberphysical systems. This book is prepared on the basis of this study. It is a supplemented and expanded version of the main results of this study.
The book was made by the same copyright team under the leadership of Ph.D., head of the research center of the problems of regulation of robotics and artificial intelligence (ANO "Robo -Robole), adviser to Dentons A.V. Nezkomov.
The book indicates and discusses the basic legal problems associated with the development of robotics and artificial intelligence technologies. In it, on the basis of existing legal studies, regulatory acts of different countries and doctrinal sources, a large layer of legal issues that arise in society due to the active development of robotics and artificial intelligence technologies are discussed - what is increasingly indicated under the conditional name "robo law ”
