Rights of Disabled People. Brochure

The brochure of the "rights of disabled people" ("legal basis for the implementation and protection of the rights of disabled people in the Russian Federation") opens the series "Library for the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation", aimed at legal education and informing citizens about their rights and ways to protect them.
