The monograph explores the concept of personality right to insolation and his place in the human rights and freedoms system. Insolation is considered as legal value due to the indispensability of this phenomenon and the need for its legal security. The nature of the right to insolation is analyzed in an objective and subjective sense, a comparative analysis of the insolation legislation and judicial practice of Russia and foreign countries is presented. The relationship of the right to insolation with neighboring law is traced.
