This monograph is a study of theoretical and practical issues of revising judicial acts on newly discovered or new circumstances in the administrative, arbitration and civil proceedings of the Russian Federation.
From the formation of the institution of revision until now, the author analyzes a number of issues and problems related to the appeal of persons to him who are striving to achieve an acceptable judicial act. Examples of vast domestic judicial practice, as well as the legal positions of the European Court of Human Rights according to many concepts that have ever been related to the content of the institution of revision, are presented.
