Regulatory and protective directions of criminal law enforcement

Within the framework of this monograph, a study of opportunities was conducted to improve domestic criminal legislation in the field of implementation of regulatory and protective functions in order to ensure the state of security of social relations arising during the implementation of operational-search activities.
The legislation is given as of October 2021.
The results of the presented work will rethink the relationship of the criminal law and operational-search sciences, as well as develop the prerequisites and the methodological basis for subsequent studies on the designated topics. In addition, the material of the monograph contains recommendations on the adjustment of law-making, the right to interpretative and law enforcement technology in terms of legal assessment of socially dangerous acts, destabilizing operational-search relations
