Regulation on the procedure for military service

These Regulations determine the procedure for military service in peacetime by citizens of the Russian Federation who do not have citizenship (citizenship) of a foreign state, in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, military units and bodies, military units of the federal fire service provided for by the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 No. 53-ФЗ “On Military Duty and Military Service”, and citizens of the Russian Federation,
having citizenship (citizenship) of a foreign state, and foreign citizens - in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and military units, the procedure for concluding a contract on military service and termination of its operation, as well as other issues in accordance with federal law
