This Regulation was developed on the basis of the Federal Law "On Military Duties and Military Service" and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation in the field of defense and determines:
1) Types of military training, the procedure for determining their beginning and end,
2) the functions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, other federal executive bodies, in which federal law provides for military service, their territorial bodies engaged in military registration, for military training,
3) the procedure for the call of citizens of the Russian Federation who are in stock, for military training,
4) the procedure for organizing military training,
5) the procedure and size of the material support of citizens undergoing military training,
6) the rights and obligations of officials of organizations and citizens related to military training.
