This Regulation, developed in accordance with the Federal Law "On Military Duties and Military Service" and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation on defense and security issues, determines the procedure for organizing military registration of citizens of the Russian Federation obliged to be registered. Military accounting is provided for by military duty of citizens and is provided by the state system of registration of draft and mobilization human resources, within the framework of which a set of measures for the collection, generalization and analysis of information about their quantitative composition and qualitative condition is carried out.
Organization of military registration in state authorities, executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments of settlements (urban districts) and organizations are included in the content of mobilization training and mobilization.
