The monograph addresses topical issues of reforming the organization of public power in our country in connection with the adoption of the law on the amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 2020. The logic of changes in the organization of public power and the directions of the specification of constitutional values, taking into account the laws of development of the constitutional system of Russia, are revealed.
