The work considers the theoretical and legal foundations of the creation of the Customs Union as a form of international economic integration, the formation and development of the legal regulation of the Customs Union within the framework of the European Union, the place of codified acts among the EU customs law.
For the first time, a systemic analysis of the reformation processes taking place in the Customs legislation of the EU in the 21st century is carried out, the EU customs legislation system was considered after the reform of customs regulation. The Customs Code of the Union and its role in the process of reform of customs regulation of the EU were investigated. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the possibilities of using the experience of customs regulation of the EU within the framework of integration associations in the post -Soviet space on the example of the Eurasian Economic Union and in the Russian Federation.

The work is addressed to students, graduate students and teachers of law universities and faculties, as well as to everyone who is interested in the law of the EU and customs law
