Reflection of modern anti -corruption culture in Russian constitutional law

The monograph considers the process of the formation of a modern perception of the problem of corruption as a comprehensive social phenomenon, derived from defects in the structure of the authorities.
In recent decades, there have been a voluminous and multidimensional international anti-corruption political and legal culture that begins to have its positive impact on domestic policy, legislation and practice in different countries. Russian constitutional law responsible for the legal streamlining of public relations in the field of organization and exercise of power also feels this influence and begins to form a systematic vision of ways to overcome corruption through its industry mechanisms.
