The monograph is devoted to the most relevant and in demand in practice the problems of applying the requirements for recognition of the right to protect civil rights.
Despite the abundance of legal literary sources on the recognition of the law, a set of complex theoretical and practical problems of applying the method of protecting civil rights is still unresolved.
Based on the normative, doctrinal and empirical material, including an analysis of practical situations, the problems of protecting civil rights by the requirements for their recognition are investigated, conclusions and proposals for their decision. The author’s position is justified taking into account current trends in legislation and law enforcement practice. This allows this monograph to use the heads of legal units of legal entities and state authorities, representatives of the judicial community, and other law enforcement officers to argue decisions.
The legislation is given as of September 2022.
The material of the work is based on a systematic and consistent analysis of a large number of sources, which makes it interesting for practitioners of lawyers, students of higher educational institutions of undergraduate levels, magistracy, specialty and graduate school
