The monograph presents the results of a study of the legal entity of relations that develop during the sale and sale in Russia and Germany. An attempt was made from the perspective of comparative studies, including by analyzing foreign sources in German, to present the history of the development of the institution of real estate sale and sale, to highlight modern views on the legal status of a real estate contract and formulate some proposals for the development of the institution of sale of real estate.
