Quality of the criminal law. Problems of the Special Part. Monograph

The proposed monograph was prepared by scientists of the Department of Criminal Law of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University) It contains an analysis and assessment of the norms of the special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for their compliance with the basic requirements of the criminal law policy and the conceptual provisions of the Russian Criminal Code. On this basis, taking into account the achievements of domestic criminal law science and the legislative experience of other countries, proposals are formulated on amendments and additions to the analyzed norms in order to improve the quality of the current criminal legislation.
