Qualification of crimes: issues of theory and practice. Monograph

The monograph was carried out as part of the thematic plan of the research work of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Law Institute of Kemerovo State University "Actual issues of qualifying crimes, sentencing, exemption from criminal liability and punishment."
The work discusses the problems associated with the qualifications of crimes. The features of the qualifications of crimes on the elements of the corpus delicti are analyzed, qualification issues depending on the stages of the crime, and problematic issues of qualification of crimes committed in complicity, and the qualifications of complex single crimes and the multiplicity of crimes are highlighted. The second edition of the monograph was carried out in 2012. For the period after this period, changes occurred in criminal law and in the position of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation regarding a number of issues of qualification of crimes. The third edition was prepared taking into account these changes.
