A book dedicated to the qualifications of crimes through the prism of works of fiction of various genres is built on the basis of a special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the international classification of crimes for statistical goals (option 1.0) 2015. The author studies the problematic issues of qualifying various criminal acts using the example of plots of artistic works.
