A textbook contains an analysis of signs of crimes against public safety that you need to know when they are qualified. Structurally, the manual contains chapters on the qualifications of crimes united in certain groups in accordance with the theory of criminal law by their classification. Special attention is paid to the distinction between the investigated crimes with other, outwardly similar acts, which must be taken into account with the proper qualification of the deed.
