Qualification of a Crime. Tutorial

The training manual discusses the theoretical aspects of the qualification of crimes, and the problems of the practical application of the norms and institutions of criminal legislation are highlighted. The concepts and categories of criminal law are analyzed, organizational and methodological aspects of the legal assessment of criminal attacks are revealed. In the preparation of the manual, the materials of forensic practice were used, which guide the explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR, the Russian Federation.
