Bespalov Yuri Fedorovich - Professor of the Department of Civil Law of FSBEI in Russian State University of Justice, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Chairman of the Vladimir Regional Court of Resignation, also worked as chairman of the Judicial Company for Civil Cases of the Moscow City Court, assistant to the chairman of the Moscow City Court.
This publication contains questions according to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Russia dated November 30, 2016 N 268 "On approval of the list of questions on which are proposed in the qualification exam using an automated information system for conducting qualification exams."
The answers were prepared on the basis of an analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation, international norms and contracts, scientific doctrine and positions of the courts of the Russian Federation.
