The work highlights pressing issues of decision -making in the competition criminal proceedings of Russia. The publicly legal nature of criminal proceedings, criminal legal and criminal procedural disputes and procedures for their consideration, theoretical foundations of decision -making in criminal proceedings and pressing issues of proof in the adversarial criminal proceedings are investigated. The methodological basis of this work was the initial provisions of the theory of decision -making in criminal proceedings, developed by the Doctor of Legal Sciences, professor, honored science of the Russian Federation P. A. Lupinskaya.
