This book is a study of civil law issues of the protection of individuals when recovering on a mortgage loan (loan) of residential premises.
The work considers questions about the legal nature and the grounds for the foreclosure on the mortgaged property, the role of the requirements for early fulfillment of the secured obligation in the mechanism of foreclosure on the pledged property.
